BUNNINGS BBQ

ANOTHER SUCCESS!!!!

Saints Netball Club would like to congratulate its hard working committee on another successful Bunnings BBQ. There are many people to thank for giving up their long weekend

Firstly thanks to Nat McCaw who spends many hours prior to our BBQs ordering and purchasing all the food and drinks and giving up her Sunday morning to pick them all up!

Thanks also goes to Lesley Ford our Secretary (her partner Derek, Cal and daughter Breanna) and Ron Dickinson our President (and his wife Lyn) who looked after the morning shift from 7am to 12noon. Thanks to Ellen Christofides (15/16As)who gave up her time to come and assist.

The afternoon shift was covered by the Social Committee - Daniel Henderson , Lisa Gleeson and Nat McCaw also Kelly Carter from team 19 (8 years). We would also like to thank our Treasurer Elizabeth Schenk who dragged herself out of her sick bed only to be sent back, thanks for your effort and get well soon!

We canvassed the entire club but were only able to get two volunteers from over 120 families. Thanks to those two volunteers - your contribution is greatly appreciated!

Last but not least big thanks to the hardest worker of the day our President Ron Dickinson. Ron covered two shifts when it was evident that we didn't have nearly enough people to cover the afternoon shift. He left Bunnings at 5pm (after starting at 7am) to go home and unpack and clean all our equipment.
